The other day, I was talking to my mom about meditation and how it’s helped me with my business - she’s the very first person who ever introduced me to it when I was a teenager. How do you define yourself?

One of my clients was having a really tough time a few weeks ago, and she peppered our whole coaching call with statements like, “I’m sorry. I guess I’m just not a every positive person,” “See? During Jeff Walker’s Product Launch Formula Masterclass, he made a side comment about sticking with one business idea for at least 9-12 months before deciding that it’s not working. When I reflected back on my own business, I realized that I had never given myself that long. I always told myself 6 months, then I could switch. Have you done this too? How did it go for you?
