If you’re like me, you have been trying to change your life. But you feel stuck in the midst of a bunch of uncomfortable choices or decisions you need to make that will affect how you live your life.

You know you need to change something, but it seems that everywhere you look, no matter what you’re trying to change, there is always a huge slew of disastrous consequences that can follow.

And this fear and anxiety stops you from making any decisions or changes at all.

For many of us, we torment ourselves by spinning around in these circles all the time, even feeling guilty because we know we need to change something in order for our lives to change, but we seem unable to take any action at all.

We brush it under the rug, telling ourselves that we will deal with it tomorrow.

I’ll tell that person how I feel tomorrow - I don’t feel like dealing with confrontation today. I’ll set some boundaries tomorrow - I’m too tired today.

Meanwhile, in your head, a bunch of what-if’s are swirling around.

What if that person responds angrily? What if they attack me? What if they don’t take me seriously? What if I lose my job? What if, what if, what if?

So we don’t take any action for fear that something terrible will happen if and when we do.

But then we look up 5 years later and see that we are still feeling miserable in our lives and expecting happiness to just one day come and appear.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way - feeling miserable now will only create more misery in the future.

So in today’s episode, you’re going to learn 3 steps to help you release this fear of the what-if’s so that you can take the actions that are needed to transform your life, no matter how big or small, with inner peace and confidence.
