Hi,

How's your Monday so far?

This morning, I dropped off my parents at the airport again - they were gone throughout the holidays on their trip to Japan and Hong Kong - and I am feeling sad and lonely. So I'm honoring my funky-feelin' Monday with rest, Tuesdays with Morrie, and Doctor Who for the rest of the day. Resting, for the rest of the day. Yep.

And truly resting is hard sometimes, right? Anybody ever watch Netflix while jiggling a leg the whole time trying to shake the feeling that you should be doing something else more "productive"? It's the worst.

But it's only by resting and allowing myself to TRULY REST, can I better connect with my inner self AND feel better.

And that, my friend, is my clever segue into today's newest podcast episode, "5 ways to connect with inner self," LOL.

I know that when we first start listening to our inner selves, it can be hard to hear her underneath all the rest of the noise in our minds. So in today's episode, you're going to learn 5 concrete ways to connect with her, even if during the Grand Vision Guided Meditation from last week, you couldn't hear her at all.

After listening, I'd love for you to share your experience with me!

Love,

Jess
