Monday marks another new episode out on The Love Yourself Podcast!
In this week's episode, you'll learn how to speak up confidently and lovingly share your wants and needs with others, and most importantly, yourself!
When I was writing the show notes for this episode, I ended up writing pretty much an entire blog post, so if you'd like to learn more about what it actually means to own your wants and needs and why some of us have such a hard time with this in the first place, be sure to have a read!
As some of you may now, I also have a hard time owning my wants and needs. It's often not until I am ready to burst with anger and resentment do I share what I had been wanting or needing. And of course, with that kind of vitriol in my attitude, the people around me do not respond in the way that I expect or want them to. And all this does is it perpetuates the story that I'll never have all that I want or need.

As always, I'd love to hear from you - what were your biggest takeaways from this episode and/or the show notes?
Sending you a big, healthy dose of love!
